Hellcat Whine Tube Mod = A tube that's connected to your cold air intake (STOCK or AFTERMARKET) and directed to the front of the car. Its purpose is to amplify the sound of your HELLCAT supercharger making the whine louder and higher-pitched OUTSIDE.
